What the Fuck? This Woman Is Letting the Soft Animal of Her Body Love What It Loves

In a deeply disturbing story out of the pristine woods of Upstate NY, 30-year-old Sunny Jinh has decided to cease the endless pursuit of perfection and instead start letting the soft animal of her body love what it loves.

What the fuck? But what about all the perfection stuff?

“I just spent all of this time trying to be good,” Sunny told reporters gathered at the scene. “Then one day I was like, ‘Wait, literally why?’”

Sources confirmed that since then, Sunny has been trying to let her own soft animal take the reins.

“Scientists have long believed that in order to be happy, you first have to walk on your knees for a hundred miles through the desert repenting,” said Dr. Steven Byron of the Yale School of Psychology. “And here comes this woman, who is not doing any of that and is instead letting the soft animal of her body love what it loves, and it’s like, where the fuck do you get off? Who do you think you are?”

To make matters even worse, she is now telling reporters about her despair and they are telling her theirs. What in the goddamn hell is going on here?

“I just realized that I was spending all this time on Excel and paying for Pilates classes while the rest of the world goes on. Meanwhile, the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain are moving across the landscapes, over the prairies and the deep trees, the mountains and the rivers. So, what was I doing panicking about our third quarter sales? Sounds pretty silly.”

Silly? Those are our lives you’re talking about, Sunny!

Instead of panicking about the future, Sunny has begun watching the wild geese, high in the clean, blue sky heading home again.

Sunny’s boss, Michael Bunschen, was not happy to hear about this development: “Look, I get that there’s this new fad of Gen Z-ers assuming that whoever they are, no matter how lonely, the world offers itself to their imagination, but that’s a bunch of bullshit. The only thing that really matters is upward socio-economic mobility! Right, guys? Right?”

By the time Michael reached the end of this sentence, the rest of his employees had quit, having realized the world called to them like a flock of wild geese, over and over announcing their place in the family of things.

You win this time, beauty!
