In a stunning turn of events, your vape friend and your cigarette friend have finally put their differences aside and come to a truce by smoking weed together.

Brooklyn locals and longtime frenemies, Ford Jonas and Alexia Arnold, began feuding three years ago over the superior smoking pastime: vaping or smoking cigarettes. The differences almost tore their relationship apart, but the friendly feud declared a truce when the two got high as balls together.
While Ford prefers to roll their own cigarettes and Alexia opts for the trendier flavored vape, the pair smoked weed together last Wednesday, deciding their relationship was worth more than a pack of cigarettes.
These friends are two weeds in a pod!
While vapes are the newest form of nicotine consumption, Ford is a self-proclaimed purist who prefers to enjoy a hand-rolled cigarette with organic tobacco.
“I know all nicotine is bad for you, but rolling cigarettes just feels better,” Ford explained. “Alexia and I used to argue for hours over this, but not anymore. Turns out it’s harder to argue when you’re high.”
Who knew a joint could double as a peace offering?
Now, after a long day, the two pals will light up a joint and enjoy each other’s company.
“Sometimes Alexia and I couldn’t even manage to look at each other, let alone smoke together,” Ford said. “I would get offended if she ever dared to blow her noxious vape fumes towards me, but now when I’m high I let her vape in my presence.”
Though these homies have a jolly good time smoking weed together, it wasn’t always good vibes. The pair used to interrupt each other’s smoke breaks through sabotage. What they now call the ‘great nicotine wars’ was fought by dunking vapes in orange juice or pouring water on cigarette papers.
“We have come a long way,” Alexia shared. “The tensions used to get high, now the only thing getting high is us.”
It’s inspiring how these besties are repairing their relationship with good ole’ Mary Jane.
“Ford is actually one of my oldest friends, even though I vape and they roll, it doesn’t make us incompatible, it just makes us different,” Alexia shared. “Now that we smoke weed with each other, we can coexist together in peace, vape friend and cigarette friend.”
How did the friends overcome their differences? Turns out their white flag was green.
