My Phone Battery Died After I Ignored Every Warning About It. Here’s Why I’m Suing Anyway.

Nothing’s worse than being away from a charger when your phone dies. Just yesterday, my phone battery died, and even though I ignored every single warning about it, here’s why I’m suing Apple anyway.

Yes, it’s true that before my phone died I received two separate notifications telling me when my phone’s battery was at 20%, and then at 10%, and then one more warning where it said my phone was going to turn off, but why did it die after that without another warning? I still don’t know, but I intend to get to the bottom of it.

Does anybody know a good lawyer?

I’ve never been more shocked in my life than when my phone died without any warning (except for those three warnings that I mentioned before). I’m not sure if I’ll ever recover from the emotional trauma, and that’s why I’ve decided to sue Apple for all it’s worth.

How else am I going to pay for the years of therapy it will take to get over this?

I’m not some nerd who keeps their phone charged constantly, so shouldn’t Apple have figured out how to make a phone for a regular person like me by now – a chill, laid-back girl who doesn’t want to stress about keeping her phone fully charged ever, or at all?

Hello, it’s 2021! I’m suing everyone.

Logistically speaking, my finger swipes should be able to generate enough power to keep my phone on. If the greatest tech minds of the world can’t figure out how to make this work, then maybe my lawsuit will help to put a fire under their asses.

If no one at Apple HQ is taking the initiative, I guess it’s up to the consumer to ruin them for their faulty product. After all, the customer is always right, and I’m definitely not wrong about my belief that my phone should never, ever die, no matter how many warnings I get about it!

I’ve personally had enough of these corporations taking advantage of us. If we don’t stand up against these tech companies, who will? This is why I’m suing Apple, besides the fact that I forgot my phone battery was dying before it was too late, and if you’ve ever been in the same position as me, I hope you’ll join me in the fight against Big Tech and Big Battery.

Also, does anybody know of a good lawyer?
