Mostly 1s: You may be experiencing Zoom fatigue! This is pretty common, and you can try to address it by not scheduling meetings back-to-back and making sure you take breaks to move around during the day.

Mostly 2s: What you’re dealing with is actually just the constant burden of being alive. It can be tough but the good news is at certain points you’ll randomly feel better about and possibly even enjoy it. For what it’s worth, you’re probably also dehydrated.
