Mom Wishes You’d See Things From Her Fucked Up Point of View

In a fury-inducing story out of your parents’ living room, your mom is saying that she wishes that you, just once, could see things from her fucked-up point of view.

“I mean, would it kill her to take a second to try and understand my objectively wrong, and slightly wicked, perception of things?” your mom guilted reporters.

While reporters agreed that they were objectively on your side, they also asked that you not tell your mom that, because they were all really scared of getting on her bad side.

Your mom also added that she guesses she just “won’t say [her] opinion anymore” and that she feels like “everyone is ganging up” on her.

Other members of your family were torn on the situation.

“Whatever it is, she’s right,” said your dad, who clearly didn’t know which opinion he was supporting, but whose blind support of his wife you begrudgingly respected.

Your siblings, however, were on your side.

“Yeah, mom’s opinions are usually super fucked up,” your older sister told reporters. “But, personally, I don’t see the point in arguing with her anymore. It’s more trouble than it’s worth.”

“Someone’s arguing with mom? Count me in,” said your younger sister, taking a slightly different stance. “I don’t even care what it’s about, I’m just frothing at the mouth to fight about something.”

Though your mom still felt ganged up on, she said she could appreciate your younger sister’s eagerness to argue.

“She gets that from me,” she said fondly, while gearing up to absolutely berate your ass.

“I don’t get why she expects me to try and see things from her point of view when she’s never extended that same courtesy to me,” you said. “She can’t even ‘agree to disagree.’”

When informed of your comments, all your mom had to say was, “Why should I?” and “She gets all her opinions from the devil.”

As of press time, your mom still showed zero willingness to see things from your point of view, and still couldn’t see how this was hypocritical of her. Also, she refused to admit that the whole “devil” thing was hurtful of her.
