Sometimes, friends who hang out a bunch start to sync up – they get their peroids at the same time or they all start using the same language. But Lisa DeRosa’s friend group is a little bit different: Amazingly, a majority of this woman’s friends can suddenly read tarot!
“I don’t know what it is, maybe some kind of spiritual link or something,” said Lisa. “But so many of my friends felt supernaturally compelled to go out and buy tarot decks all at once.”
Lisa’s friends’ tarot reading knowledge came from on average 17 minutes of googling, and all are insistent that they are each the best at reading tarot.
“Jennifer’s read basically told me to keep a low profile for a bit, while Angela said that I should start to take more risks,” explained Lisa. “I’m not positive how tarot reading works, but I would think that if three people read your cards on the same day that there’d be some consistency?”
“But again, what do I know? They’re the all-of-a-sudden experts!” she added.
Lisa’s friend’s are happy to be sharing their abrupt, newfound skills.
“Tarot reading is my passion now,” said Jennifer Wooding. “It’s a blessing to be able to share my gift, that I have only recently discovered, along with all of my close friends.”
“I always knew that I was meant for something more, something higher,” added Kelly Tang. “And as it turns out, almost every single one of my friends was also meant for the same thing. We have all channeled our collective higher power, coincidentally, at the same time.”
When asked how they all became so skilled at tarot reading so quickly and simultaneously, the women hesitated.
“Uh, well, you just can’t really question these kind of things, you have to just let them happen,” said Jennifer. “Plus Urban was having a great sale on Beyonce-themed tarot decks.”
