While some might find it a little over the top, we’re committed to doing the hard research, no matter the expense. That’s why we recently made it our mission to make a composite image of every white woman (that’s right, all of them). Unfortunately, the results were disappointing, though not necessarily surprising – the image looks exactly like Meghan McCain.
One would hope the sum total of white woman’s faces could amount to more than the smug face of an openly bigoted, professional right-wing troll-like Meghan, but that’s not the reality we live in.
For now, all white women will have to look in the mirror knowing they look a little bit like, and frankly contribute to, the image of a woman who would falsely mischaracterize a Muslim congresswoman as anti-Semitic.
Our composite program has been run again and again, and we must face the facts: the facial sum of every white woman is that of an entitled and ill-informed daughter of a conservative politician.
While many have noted the systemic failures of white women and acknowledged the fact that Meghan McCain is one of them, it’s still an embarrassing blow to many that they’re now so directly associated with a grown woman who wears sparkly headbands while defending racist chants and interrupting her guests and colleagues of color.
Presented with the findings, most women of color nodded knowingly while white women experienced a mixture of confusion and disgust.
“That bitch?!” asked Mandy Hollerton, of Hermantown, Minnesota.
Unfortunately, yes.
