QUIZ: Is Your A/C Unit Dripping Because You Installed It Wrong Or Is It Just Horny as Fuck?

Most manufacturers of window A/C units explicitly warn that if your unit is leaking condensation out of the front end, you likely installed it incorrectly or have a clogged drain line. What many of these manufacturers fail to take into account, however, is that your A/C unit might also just be a huge horny slut. If you’re not completely sure which is the case, take the below quiz and determine whether your A/C unit is dripping wet because of your poor installation skills, or because it’s violently aroused and doing fuck-all to hide it.

Did you install your A/C unit at an angle in your window?

  1. No, I installed it so it would sit flat. Is that bad?
  2. Yes, I angled it slightly backward so the condensation would drip out the back end, like the manual said, which was difficult because the A/C unit kept saying things like, “Oh, yes, harder, harder” while I was trying to close the window on it.

How long had your unit been running before the condensation started to form?

  1. I had it running all night, 8 or 9 hours, probably.
  2. I had literally just turned it on. A puddle of liquid formed almost immediately, and my unit rattled as if to say, “You like that?” It was unsettling.

Was there any weird tension between you and the A/C unit?

  1. No? I was installing an A/C unit? How would there be tension?
  2. Oh my god, I’m actually so glad you asked, because I’ve been wanting to say something. The whole experience was wildly sexual in a way I can’t explain and don’t understand. There were romantic undertones that I haven’t even experienced with my partner. I feel like I should come clean to them about what went down, but I’m afraid it will only drive us further apart.

Did you encounter any problems during installation?

  1. Not really, it went pretty smoothly.
  2. “Problems” is a funny word. Were there complications caused by the palpable sexual energy between my A/C unit and I that hampered the installation and slowed my progress down immensely? Yes. Did I see those drawbacks as “problems” to be fixed? Not necessarily.

Results:

Mostly 1s: The A/C manufacturers are right – you probably just installed your unit incorrectly. You’ll just have to adjust your unit so it sits at a downward sloping angle, and maybe try reading the manual next time?

Mostly 2s: It looks like you installed everything correctly, so your AC unit is likely just a nasty little sexed-up piece of hardware with overtly sexual intentions. You probably should clear the air with your partner and just lay all your cards on the table. It’s clear you have unresolved feelings toward your AC unit, and you owe your partner at least that much. Alternatively, your unit could just have a clogged drain pipe. One of those two.
