Shelly Rivers is a decorated Officer in the League Of Bing Bong Sweeties, an organization created by her owner, 12-year-old Claudia Muñoz. These officers only patrol in search of snacks. She is proficient in begging for scraps at the barn door, making a mess, sleeping all day, and cuddling. She is a chubby piggy sweety. Officer Shelly Rivers knows only her home and her beloved. Claudia. She would never guess that this country still struggles with even the most basic allocation of rights for Black Americans, 187 years after slavery was abolished. She doesn’t know that Black people in this country have to be repeatedly traumatized by videos of fellow Black Americans being brutally and senselessly murdered because there’s no other way to convince people that these horrible things are happening. If there’s one thing in this world we shouldn’t defund, it is that this sweet, sweety little porky pig does not know what humans are capable of. Welp, that was a relief! Time to get back to the picket line, computer, polling booth, or wherever you choose to fight the evils of this world. Hopefully, this was a respite from the dismal world we live in.
