We’ve all tried dieting, but sometimes we do it totally wrong. You could actually be gaining weight right now and not even know it, ya dum-dum. Here are some behaviors you may be doing during dieting that are completely sabotaging your weight loss success story:
Eating
C’mon. Stop it. You should know this by now.
Sitting
Get the hell up, ladies! Or did you think the couch was magically burning calories off your ass? How could you be so stupid? You can do whatever you need to do right now while also including squats.
Grocery Shopping
See “Eating” above. This is not hard to avoid!
Not Owning a Scale
You obviously know nothing.
Walking
You think this is real exercise? It isn’t. Try CrossFit or a boot camp class if you’re serious about not being a slob anymore.
Reading
First off – this involves sitting. Second – you think the author isn’t gonna mention food in there somewhere? Because they will. This is major temptation.
Television
Unless you’re using this for a yoga DVD I don’t know what you think you’re doing.
So there they are – the don’ts that you most definitely are doing and need to stop as soon as possible. If you’ve read this far you’re still breaking at least one of the rules, so get the hell off your computer and put on a sports bra for God’s sake!
