Billy wears berets now. He and Joanna broke up 7 months ago, which is pretty fresh, but they also weren’t together for that long, so it’s kind of a mystery as to why he’s wearing berets lately. Look, it’s not against the law to wear a beret, but between you me and the lamp post I think it looks stupid and is totally not like him. I know his brother was staying with him, but that was a while ago. Did he ever leave? Has he just been hanging out with his brother?
