In both shocking and relieving news out of Brooklyn, NY, 26-year-old Isha Thomas showed her closest friends a picture of the man she’s been dating for over two months, leaving them both pleasantly surprised and completely dumbfounded.
This almost never happens!
“Every time a friend shows you a picture of the man they’re dating, you automatically prepare for the worst,” Isha’s friend Jamila Brown told reporters. “It’s just how it is: You have to prepare yourself to smile and say he looks ‘cute’ no matter what he looks like. But when Isha showed us an actually hot picture of her new man, it was the most genuine approval of a guy I’ve ever given in my life. Plus, he’s 6’5!”
Wow! He’s one in a million!
“When Isha told us that he was really tall, I think we all assumed that she sacrificed a little in the looks department,” another one of Isha’s friends, Hailey Schoenfeld, said. “But when we saw that he was also hot? I was so shocked. Isha actually had to grab me by the shoulders and shake me because I was unresponsive for 10 minutes.”
Despite her friends’ shock and awe, Isha didn’t seem to understand what the big deal was.
“I’m happy that my friends were so supportive. Like, almost scarily supportive. But they also acted like I only date the ugliest guys in the world or something,” she said. “Is it really that surprising for me to date someone who’s objectively hot?”
Sources confirm that, yes, it really is.
“Everyone has their own type,” Jamila continued. “Isha has dated men in the past who weren’t ugly, per se, but they weren’t especially hot either. But that’s really common! I don’t think any of my friends have thought that my ex-boyfriends were that hot either, but they were hot to me. I guess it would’ve been cooler if they were super, undeniably hot though.”
Maybe next time, girl!
At press time, Isha broke up with her boyfriend of three months because she had grown to suspect that he was a catfish, despite her going on frequent in-person dates with him all throughout their relationship.
