How To Stay Positive Even Though You’ve Fallen for Several Fake ‘Twilight 4’ Trailers

Positive thinking is a skill that can be learned like any other, but sometimes it can be difficult to believe in the good in the world around you and in yourself, especially when you’ve fallen for several fake Twilight 4 trailers. Try these tips to stay positive even though on numerous occasions you’ve excitedly clicked a YouTube link thinking you’d find the Twilight 4 teaser that doesn’t and never will exist.

Don’t forget to smile.

It’s long been known that just the physical act of smiling can improve your mood and outlook. Of course, the thought of a happy grin and a twinkling eye may only bring you painful memories of the last time your face showed such signs of hope and elation: When your eyes scanned to the suggested videos column of YouTube, drawn frantically to the words “Twilight 4 Trailer OFFICIAL (2020)”. Should you have noticed that the video was posted by an account called “Tw1lightFreak28611124”? Maybe, but your ability to believe that good things will happen to you is inspiring, even if it has only brought you shame, pain, and disappointment.

Keep a gratitude journal.

Keeping a journal where you take stock of things in your life that you’re grateful for is an incredibly healthy exercise. Turn that gratitude inward, and reflect on your best traits. Just try not to reflect on the time you clicked with full confidence and unchecked enthusiasm on a link for “NEW TWILIGHT Twilight 4 Trailer REAL”. Why would a real trailer have the word “real” in it in capital letters? Are you….stupid? Stupidity is not a good trait to list in your gratitude journal, so avoid this whole thought process if you can.

Forgive yourself.

If you find it impossible to practice positive thinking while suppressing memories of being 100% duped by fake Twilight trailer after fake Twilight trailer with seemingly no lesson learned, it might be time to embrace this reality and try a little self-forgiveness. Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are simply not getting onboard for another Twilight movie, and it’s nothing short of insane to believe otherwise for even a moment. However, your ability to trust against all reason is beautiful as well as disturbing.

So try and stay positive and enjoy this crazy ride we call life. Some of those fake trailers even go so far as to edit together clips from the previous films, and someone should be enjoying that craftsmanship! Might as well be you, sweet Twilight fool.
